Untuk sekian kalinya, akhirnya tamat jugak praktikal aku kat Sri Rampai. Walaupun bersaiz small firm, aku kira dapat belajar semua bahagian macam account yang guna software MYOB, secretarial company like kenal Form 42, Form 49 etc., audit report dan taxation like isi Form B or BE. So, pada sesiapa yang rasa ada company atau kenalan yang nak buat akaun untuk diorang, rasa akaun ni melecehkan, boleh email aku dengan accounting fees yang berpatutan.
Dan sekarang, masa untuk buat report pasal praktikal tu pulak. Paiseh, malas betul!

Petang tadi, dD classmate aku masa kat Teknik Setapak dulu dah melangsungkan perkahwinan dia dengan Fitri, kekasih lama yang aku pernah jumpa masa kat sekolah dulu. Diorang bercinta 8 tahun. Apalah yang hendak dikesalkan bila kau dapat boss yang macam Lady Bozz. Bukan aku yang rasa, orang lain okey!
Kat tempat aku buat praktikal sekarang ni, tinggal 2 orang selepas 4 orang keluar. Campur sorang budak praktikal yang start bulan ni, jadi 3 orang. Walaupun 3 orang, tetap terasa sunyi, lebih? lagi kalau boss aku ada dalam ofis... macam Indonesia dilanda garuda. Kalau korang nak lebih paham apa yang aku ceritakan, bolehlah baca seterusnya. Kalau taknak tau atau rasa? tak penting pun, boleh berhenti setakat ni okey! No paksaan. Sebelum ni ( bulan April & Mac ) semua staff ada 6 orang. 3 orang budak praktikal termasuk aku, 2 orang budak kolej yang tak buat praktikal ( bekerja untuk rasa nikmat berpraktikal ) dan sorang kakak permanent yang baru mulakan tugas April lalu.
Selain aku yang buat praktikal kat sini, 2 orang ( girls ) lagi tu dari politeknik. Diorang masuk sini dari bulan 1 dulu. Kiranya dah tau la nak buat akaun hatta audit sekalipun. Memandangkan diorang dah banyak belajar macam? perkara, boss harapkan diorang ni untuk buat kerja? audit. Tak kisahlah kan? Tapi, yang menjadi kisahnya, bila draft audit nak disiapkan hari tu jugak sebab client dah mintak? ( buat last minute punya pasal )... boss bagitau kol 3 petang dengan arahan, ?Awak siapkan draft audit ni arini tau!?
Bila dah start buat petang dan nak aritu jugak, sure heboh la kena stay back sampai malam. Kadang? sampai pagi ( sebab lebih kol 12 kira dah pagi ). Buatlah mereka berdua, aku tak dapat nak teman sebab nak tolong pun aku belum belajar buat drat audit masa tu. Kesian jugak kat diorang ni, sebab kadang? tak turun makan malam. Boss pun tak concern pasal kebajikan diorang, bukan nak belikan nasi goreng bungkus ke apa. Biarkan aje perut diorang ni berirama rap dan hip-hop. Buat punya buat, sedar tak sedar dah pukul 2 pagi. Boss bukan nak hantar balik rumah masing?, hantar kat satu rumah aje. Tu kalau hantar la, kalau tak hantar kena naik teksi yang pasti kena bayar double! Banyak kali jugaklah diorang ni rasa kena stay camtu, buat kerja dengan kelaparan!
Sebab tu, bila diorang taknak extend sebulan lagi walaupun diorang cuti lagi sebulan 2 minggu, jugak ditawarkan elaun praktikal double dari sebelum ni. Diorang dah serik. Lebih? lagi bila boss macam saje tambah kerja bila dah masuk minggu terakhir diorang praktikal. Dan, kalau tanya aku pun, dari apa yang aku lihat dengan mata sendiri, aku pun taknak extend lama?. Moral ceritanya, macam lirik lagu, ?Kalau kita jadi boss kena baik!?
